According to Indian law, two adults having consensual sexual talks is not illegal.It should be related to oneself only but not freely sending it in public platform. The Infomation Technology Act of 2000 and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, of 2012,deals with such offences and punishments.
